The weather outside......

We had snow!  It is fairly pretty, wet and icy.  Not like the folks up North. Causing havoc on the roadways just the same.  Us Southerners do not know how to drive in winter!

The worst drivers aren't in the South. They're in Florida all year round. Florida isn't the South. It's a combination of two Northern states, Michigan and New York.

I'd like to clear up something here--northerners do not know how to drive in winter either. We've just discovered that sand makes the skids less graceful.

Nothing prettier than when it's covered with a blanket of snow. Mostly if you are inside looking out. Lanny

Yeah Alpha, we got some snow here in Indy too. It was pretty for about 30 minutes, and then I was over it!

I lived in the midwest for several years. Trust me, northerners don't know how to drive in the winter, either! Loved your snow picture....Jon

Wow, this is a Great picture!! I love it when people share their winter wonderlands!! We have very mild weather here. The Sun has been shining and sometimes I wonder if there are really Different Seasons.LOL, Kidding. It is beautiful to see the season changing even if I have to live it through others eyes.

What a beautiful pic. I never realized it snowed in KY. I've been through there but it was summer. Even though I hate snow and being cold, there's something nice about it at Christmas time. Enjoy!

I'm jealous..we haven't had any snow yet. I could always go to the mountain (Mt. Hood---about an hour away) to visit the snow, but somehow I never do. Guess living my first 29 years in Chicago cured me of loving mass quantities of snow. Lisa:-]

What a beautiful picture. I've been looking at it for a while... moved by how you are able to capture such beauty through the lens! Great eye! No worries, no one really knows how to drive in winter! But I do know from living in NC for a winter, the south isn't as equipped with snowplows, sand/salt trucks, shovels! That can make for hazardous road conditions! ::shrug:: Stay in. Drink hot chocolate!
