ROUND ROBIN PHOTO CHALLENGE MOODS

TWO OF MY FAVORITE SUBJECTS

Moods.  We all have them.  They come in a variety of flavors ranging from happiness to pensiveness. Reflective to giddy. Sad to charming. Ornery to downright obnoxious.

My husband has the (un)fortunate circumstance to be the subject of a myriad of my photographs.  It could be because he is always there! Over the years he has accepted his fate.

This photo was taken the day of our big moving sale. His daughter, my stepdaughter is very happy because she is selling off a multitude of her out grown doll collection and is making a fortune! I love her smile in this photo.

And Joe is ...... seemingly thinking about the end of a way of life and the beginning of a new one.

Those are the moods that speak to me from this picture.

The other Round Robin participants in this installment are as follows:

Amy...Substance; or lack of

Mary, if you photographed all of my moods - you'd quickly have enough of them to fill a gallery! I enjoyed the photo & the commentary.      Jon

Nice to see the distinct responses of two generations to a  life-changing event.

I really like this picture. Will your stepdaughter be moving with you or staying behind in the old town? Nelle

Makes me want to go give him a pat on the back and assure him it will be alright.  Somehow.  Wonderful picture - that spoke VOLUMES of the moods involved.

Very nice photo of father and daughter.  Have another assignment due on Saturday that I am going to enter in my journal on childhood memories.  And a photo of something that brings comfort.    ~mark~

Wow!  The looks on their faces says soooo much!  Your hubby reminds me of BJ Honeycutt from "MASH."

Yes, you captured the difference between adult and child. Same moment in time but both people with different perspectives! Interesting candid shot!

I love that two people in the same poto have two very different, very obvious moods in response to the same situation!

Wonderful pic! Yes, you surely caught the contrasts in the moods of your subjects.  Joe seems to be thinking whether he really wants to sell his golf clubs or keep them...
